What is the cost?
There is a one-time $400 setup fee. This fee includes your set up in the system
that includes your photo and personal information. This information is
used with the printing of post cards to mail to your customers and the phone
calls. Monthly fees are $3 per client per monthly.
Is there a minimum number I need to enroll, or can I
enroll all of my clients into the service?
You need to enroll at least 100 clients to receive the maximum
benefit from the program. However, you can enroll as many
as you wish over 100. You
can add or delete clients from your list at any time. The monthly billing
will be based on the number of clients in your database on the first day of the
month. Your credit card is billed at the beginning of the month for that
month’s services.
What do the postcards say?

Can
I change the text or design on the postcards?
No. However, the design of the post card will change every
year. The
text on the post card will remain the same.
What does the caller say when they call?
Here is the format of the call which you may change when you set up your account:
“Hi Mr. Green. This is Susan from Bob Johnson’s office where
you have your insurance (investments). Bob wanted me to call and see if there
is anything we can do for you currently—
1. do you have any questions about your accounts,
2. do you have any concerns that Bob should address
3. do you have any financial changes occurring in your family in the next few
months for which Bob may be able to provide any advice or help?”
Can I change what the caller says when they call?
The questions were designed to enable the caller to gather
information about the client’s satisfaction with the service you
are providing. These
questions are not interchangeable.
How will I know if I need to
contact the clients e.g. they have a question or money for me to handle?
If an issue arises that requires you to be notified we
will contact you.
If I gain a client, can I immediately add them to my file?
Yes. You have 24/7 access to your web based client
list and can add or delete at any time.
How do I add and delete clients?
It’s a simple upload using an excel spreadsheet or
other common file type (e.g. csv) and we provide you instructions
after you register.
Can I upload my clients from ACT (or Goldmine, Maximixer, or other
contact managers).
Every contact management program has instructions to export
your database to Excel and then you can upload to our system. If

What’s the Cancellation Policy?
You
may terminate
this Agreement
at any time. Upon termination, all
obligations of CMS to provide the Products to you will cease.
There
are
no
refunds
for any fees paid prior to termination.
When are the contacts made?
- Happy new year card is sent in January

- Thank you card - this is sent on the anniversary of the client becoming a customer for that advisor

Are there both men and women callers?
Yes
Are they all in the US?
