1. Contact by Phone

Every 3 months, we will call your selected clients and ask them up to three questions that you want us to ask.

Here's an example of a call:

Hi Mr. Green. This is Susan from Bob Johnson’s office where you have your insurance.

Bob wanted me to call and see if there is anything we can do for you currently—do you have any questions about your accounts, do you have any concerns that Bob should address or do you have any financial changes occurring in your family in the next few months for which Bob may be able to provide any advice or help?

If your client has any request or information to convey, we will notify you to get in touch with the client. That way, you invest your precious time only with clients that need your attention.

2. Contact by Mail

Additionally, we send your clients 4 postcards annually. You can see them here.

All we need from you is a file of the clients you would like to enroll in this program. The cost is $3 per month per client for the mail and phone service, after a one-time $400 set up fee. To apply, click here.

The above service of 4 calls annually and 4 postcards annually is supplied by Customer Management Systems. We recommend you combine this service with a monthly e-newsletter (details below) for a total of 20 contacts annually.

3. Contact by Email - the monthly e-newsletter (not included with the phone and postcard contact service described above).

The newsletter email program is separate from the above service, and you must register separately, after you start your FAcontact service. When you subscribe, we send your clients an email newsletter each month—you select the articles. You upload your photo and bio and we personalize the electronic newsletter for you and provide contact information and links on each article so that your clients can send to their friends (and get you referrals). For securities licensees, the articles are FINRA reviewed. There is no cost per client. This service is a flat $59 per month for up to 1000 clients.

You will receive subscription details after you enroll in the FAcontact program.

If you don’t keep in continuous contact with your clients, be sure that another advisor will. Using the above services takes this burden away and insures that your clients get 4 phone calls and 4 postcards each year, and optionally 12 email newsletters – a total of 20 contacts that you don’t need to think about!
